Facility Use

All visitors must comply with posted rules and staff instructions at all times. The complex is open to the public during scheduled hours and for reserved events. Unauthorized field use or entry into restricted areas is prohibited.

Registration and Participation

All players must be registered for camps, clinics, showcases, or leagues through official channels. Participants under 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who fails to comply with safety, behavior, or eligibility standards.

Waiver of Liability

By using the facility, you acknowledge that participation in sports carries inherent risks. Drifton Park, its staff, affiliates, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

Code of Conduct

Unsportsmanlike conduct, including profanity, fighting, or harassment, will not be tolerated. Coaches, players, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respect toward officials, staff, and one another. Violators may be removed from the premises or suspended from future events.

Weather Policy

Activities may be postponed or canceled due to inclement weather for safety reasons. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed unless stated in advance.

Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refunds will be considered only in cases of medical emergencies or event cancellations initiated by Drifton Park.

Concessions and Vendors

Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval. Only authorized vendors may sell goods or services on the premises.

Media Release

By entering the facility, you consent to the use of photos or video footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

Parking and Security

Park only in designated areas. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Drifton Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Modifications

Drifton Park reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any changes.
